Grooving to the beat is good for the mind, body and discovering new music. A bit of stretching anywhere even better.
I never believed in stretching until I found out the gains of what it creates and makes me feel.
Stretching can help improve our posture, mobility, flexibility and reduce pain and stress. Working hours from an office chair, clued behind the laptop, long travels in the car, train or plane, sitting in one position for way to long. Those activities are a few blocks on our daily, weekly work pattern we can fix with easy steps to perform better in what we do.
With all the traveling and finding what is best for my body I have selected 9 benefits for you in this blogpost.
MY TOP 9 TIPS OF STRETCHING:
1. Increases your flexibility
Regular stretching can help increase your flexibility, which is crucial for your overall health. Not only can improved flexibility help you to perform everyday activities with relative ease, but it can also help delay the reduced mobility that can come with aging. Especially in the hip area. Let’s loosen up those hips for more dancing and balance
