All what is seen is fraction, the glitz and glamour of the business which is seen as an easy life. What is not seen are the long hours and extreme levels of exhaustion that come with it. I can tell you endless amounts of important dates that I have been separated from loved ones because of being on the road. The physical, mental, and emotional damage that comes with this lifestyle can be detrimental. With a solid foundation and having your feet firmly placed, it can be a beautiful experience. The hundreds of cultures you meet on the road open your eyes and expand your knowledge to make you a more well-rounded human.
Starting my path working in a hospital, noticing my body changing with the environment and surroundings, I had no choice other than to focus on my most precious asset which is myself. I had to teach myself how I can maintain my body for the long road ahead. With years of being a busy bee, it was time to focus on more important things like nutrition and health.
My fashion sense is a combination of comfort with a splash of chic. I want to feel comfortable and at the same time look like I can walk into a business meeting. House of Gravity caught my attention after getting to know the brands DNA. House of Gravity is a sustainable active & day wear clothing line that was started by Maria-Rosa Vyskocil.
The line promotes a lifestyle that revolves around workouts, yoga, and meditation, all of what I practice in balancing my life. What I love about House of Gravity is the story behind Maria-Rosa. She tells her story about living in multiple cities and that she often found herself working remotely at cafes after her workouts arranging meetings, making moves, and on the go, but never with enough time to change!
This is something any woman can understand so I was inclined to be part of this amazing collaboration.
